Conrad Jones was born in Tarbock Green, Knowsley. He currently lives in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey. He worked in management at McDonalds Restaurants Ltd from 1989 until 2002, working his way up to Business Consultant. He is the creator of:
1. 'Alan Williams', a Detective Inspector on the island of Anglesey.
2. 'Alec Ramsay', a Detective Superintendent in charge of the Major Investigation Team.
3. 'Marcus Braddick', a Detective Inspector in Liverpool.
4. 'Soft Target' series featuring John "Tank" Tankersley, the lead agent of a Terrorist Task Force.
