Marcos McPeek Villatoro was born in Los Angeles, California. He is an author, poet, and the Fletcher Jones Endowed Professor of English at Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles. He is the creator of 'Romilia Chacon', a police woman turned FBI agent. Visit also this site.
