He also wrote together with Bill Miller under the joint pseudonyms 'Wade Miller', 'Will Daemer' , 'Whit Masterson', and 'Dale Wilmer'. After Miller's death Wade continued to use the 'Whit Masterson' pseudonym. He also wrote as 'Bob Wade'. |
