Mark Frost was born in Brooklyn, New York City. He currently lives in Ojai, California with his family. He is an author, screenwriter, film-and-television producer and director. He is the co-creator of the television series Twin Peaks and writer and executive story editor of Hill Street Blues. His novels feature the author Arthur Conan Doyle as an amateur sleuth.
