Charles Ray Willeford III was born in Little Rock Arkansas. He was an author of fiction, poetry, autobiography, and literary criticism. He is the creator of 'Hoke Moseley', a policeman in Miami, Florida. He also wrote under the pseudonym 'Will Charles'.
