Rachel Brady was born in Dayton, Ohio. She currently lives in Pearland, Texas with her family. She is an author and biomedical engineer for NASA. She is the creator of 'Emily Locke', an amateur sleuth and skydiver working for a private investigator in Houston, Texas.
