Tess Collins was raised in Middlesboro, Kentucky. She has a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a Ph.D. in Theatre Management, Producing and Writing from The Union Institute. She lives in San Francisco, where she is manager of The Curran Theatre. She is the creator of ‘Alma Bashears’, Commonweath attorney in a rural Kentucky community. Visit also her official site.
