Charles Ardai was born in New York. He is an entrepreneur, writer, and editor. He is the founder and editor of Hard Case Crime, a line of pulp-style paperback crime novels. Ardai attended Columbia University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1991. He also writes under the pseudonyms ‘Richard Aleas’ and 'Gabriel Hunt'. Ardai and his wife live in Manhattan. |
