John Banville

John Banville was born in Wexford, Ireland. He is a novelist and journalist. His brother, Vincent Banville, also writes crime novels. Banville is better known for his literary fiction. He is the creator of:
1. 'Freddie Montgomery', a scientist and murderer.
2. 'Quirke', a pathologist in 1950s Dublin (under the pseudonym 'Benjamin Black').
