 Ernest Robertson Punshon was born in London. He was a novelist and literary critic. He also wrote under the pseudonym 'Robertson Halket'. He is the creator of 'Bobby Owen', a police constable and later Detective Sergeant and finally Commander of Scotland Yard. |
