Patricia Jacobs Stelzer was born in Springfield, Ohio. She was an author, former columnist, reporter, and retired high school history teacher. She married James Glea Stelzer in 1956 and they were married till his passing in 2013. She is the creator of 'Georgia Jensen', a historical researcher and amateur sleuth.
