Nicolas Freeling
1927-2003
Pseudonym: F.R.E. Nicolas
 

Nicolas Freeling was born in London. He is the creator of 'Inspector van der Valk', a policeman in Amsterdam, and of 'Henri Castang', a French Police Inspector. He also wrote one novel under the pseudonym 'F.R.E. Nicolas'.
