Bill Kent lives in Northern Virginia with his family. He is an author, freelance journalist and columnist. He is the creator of:
1. 'Shep Ladderback and Andrea Cosicki', an aging obituary writer and his young assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
2. 'Louis Monroe', a vice-squad cop in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
