Hans Hellmut Kirst
1914-1989
 

Hans Hellmut Kirst was born in Osterode, East Prussia (now in Poland). In 1933, he joined the German Army and served as an officer during World War II. He is the creator of 'Konstantin Keller', a police inspector in Munich, Germany.
