Lou Manfredo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife. He served in the Brooklyn criminal justice system for twenty-five years. He is the creator of 'Joe Rizzo', a detective sergeant in Brooklyn. Visit also this site.
