Michael Pearce
1933-
 

Michael Pearce grew up in the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan. He returned there later to teach. Nowadays he lives in London. He is the creator of:
1. 'Gareth Owen', aka the Mamur Zapt, Head of Cairo's Secret Police at the beginning of the 20th Century.
2. 'Dmitri Kameron', a young Russian lawyer.
3. 'Sandor Seymour', an officer of Scotland Yard's Special Branch.
