Martin Cruz Smith

Martin William Smith was born in Reading, Pennsylvania. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania where he obtained his BA in 1964. He has worked for a television station, newspapers and as a correspondent for the Associated Press. He is the creator of 'Arkady Renko', a police officer in Moscow, Russia. Visit also this site.
