Penelope Williamson was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. She currently lives in Idaho with her husband. She also writes romance novels and uses the pseudonym 'Elizabeth Lambert'. She is the creator of 'Daman Rourke', a police detective in 1920s New Orleans, Louisiana.
