Robert E. Armstrong spent twenty years in the U.S. Air Force, Veterinary Corps, and another ten years with the Health Department of the city of Houston, Texas. He currently lives in Kingwood, Texas with his wife. He is the creator of 'Duncan A. MacDonell', a veterinarian and head of the Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care in Houston, Texas.
