Michael Angelo Avallone was born in New York City. He was an author and guest lecturer at New York University, Columbia University, and Rutgers University. He wrote more than 200 novels in different genres using many pseudonyms. He also wrote TV tie-in novels of the television series Hawaii Five-O, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. and Mannix. He is the creator of:
