Anne Hocking

Pseudonym: Mona Messer
 

Mona Naomi Anne Messer Hocking was born in London. She also wrote two crime novels and mainstream novels under the name 'Mona Messer'. She is the creator of 'William Austen', a Chief Inspector, later Superintendent at Scotland Yard.
