David Leitz grew up in Indiana. He was an advertising agency copywriter and creative director in New York City, San Francisco and Boston for more than thirty years. He currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife. He is the creator of 'Max Addams', a fly-fisherman and owner of a B&B in Vermont.
