Frank Lucius Packard was born in Montreal, Canada. He was educated at McGill University, Montreal and at the University of Liege, Belgium. He worked as a civil engineer for the Canadian Pacific Railway. He is the creator of 'Jimmie Dale', a wealthy playboy by day and a thief by night. |
