Talmage Powell

Pseudonyms: Jack McCready, Ellery Queen (house name) and Anne Talmage
 

Talmage Powell was born in Henderson, North Carolina. He was an author and short story writer who wrote more than 300 stories in almost every genre for the pulp fiction magazines. He is the creator of 'Ed Rivers', a former New Jersey cop turned private investigator in Tampa, Florida.
