Robert Skinner

Robert Skinner lives in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is an author and former university librarian. He has a BA in American History from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia and a Master of Library Science Degree from Indiana University. He also studied creative writing at the University of New Orleans. He is the creator of 'Wesley Farrell', a nightclub owner in 1930s New Orleans.
