Robert Allison Wade also wrote together with Bill Miller under the joint pseudonyms 'Will Daemer', 'Whit Masterson', 'Wade Miller', and 'Dale Wilmer'. After Miller's death Wade continued to use the 'Whit Masterson' pseudonym. He also wrote as 'Bob Wade'.
