Michael Melvin Biehl graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School and is a partner at Foley & Lardner in Milwaukee, where he specializes in law governing health care systems. He is also a professional musician, playing keyboard with regional blues bands. He and his wife live in Sarasota, Florida, and Mequon, Wisconsin.
