Pseudonym of Julia Stagg. She was born in England but has lived most of her adult life abroad. She also writes mainstream fiction under her own name. She is the creator of the 'Dales Detective' series featuring Samson O'Brien and Delilah Metcalfe, owners of the Dales Detective Agency in the Yorkshire Dales.
