 Roger Kent Conwell was born and grew up in Wheeler, Texas. Conwell was a teacher at Port Neches I.S.D. (Independent School District) for 33 years. He is the creator of 'Tony Boudreaux', a private investigator in Austin, Texas. He also wrote western novels. |
