Kendell Foster Crossen was born in Albany, Ohio. He was an amateur boxer and worked at several jobs. He is the creator of 'Milo March', a New York insurance investigator (under the pseudonym 'M.E. Chaber'). He also wrote under the pseudonyms 'Bennett Barlay', 'M.E. Chaber', 'Richard Foster', 'Christopher Monig' and 'Clay Richards'. Crossen was married four times and had four children. |
