She wrote many romance novels together with her husband Frank Brennan (1936-1995) under the joint pseudonym 'Emma Darcy'. After the death of Frank Brennan, Wendy continued to write, using the same pseudonym. She is the creator of 'K.C. Gordon', a romance novelist and amateur sleuth.
