Roy Doliner was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was an author, playwright, creative writing teacher, and scriptwriter. He entered the U.S. Army in the mid 50's and worked for the intelligence branch. He continued to work in the intelligence community after his discharge. In 1964, he married Aye Than, a Burmese national working at the United Nations Development Program. |
