Bruce Walter Gardner Lively Stacy Elliott was born in New York City. He was an author, scriptwriter and magician. In the 1940s and early 1950s, he edited and published The Phoenix, a trade journal for magicians. He died at 58, due to injuries received in an automobile accident. |
