Brenda English was born in Georgia. She currently lives in Florida with her family. Her career has included working as a news reporter both in television and at newspapers in Florida and Michigan; managing publications for the largest healthcare system in the Washington, D.C. area; working as a senior editor for the book-publishing arm of a not-for-profit organization; handling media relations for one of the country's largest public school systems; and managing communications teams for a Fortune 500 company as well as a non-profit, state-mandated corporation. She is the creator of 'Sutton McPhee', a Washington News reporter.
