Paul McElroy lives in south Florida with his wife. He is an author and maritime licensing consultant and works with professional mariners on their Coast Guard license issues and assists and advises attorneys representing clients in marine accident cases and as an expert witness. He is the creator of 'James "Mack" McCray', a Federal undercover agent.
