Wilfred Glyn Greatorex was born in Liverpool. He was an author, television and film writer, script editor, and producer. He wrote scripts for many television series and created the dystopian drama 1990 for BBC2, starring Edward Woodward. He also devised, with Gerald Glaister, the BBC1 wartime drama Secret Army, starring Bernard Hepton. |
