Zoë Markham was born in Swindon, Wiltshire. She currently lives in Oxfordshire. She is an author and editor. She also writes novels for young adults. She is the creator of the 'Miss Busby Investigates' series featuring Miss Busby, an amateur sleuth in 1920s Cotswolds (with Karen Baugh Menuhin).
