Bill Granger was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. He worked at the Chicago Tribune and other Illinois newspapers. In 2003, he had a stroke which robbed him of much of his memory. He also wrote under the pseudonyms 'Joe Gash' and 'Bill Griffith'. |
