Ray Harrison

Raymond Vincent Harrison was born in Chorley, Lancashire. He has worked as an inspector of taxes and as a financial consultant. He is the creator of 'Joseph Bragg and James Morton', a Detective Sergeant and a Detective Constable with the City of London police.
