Charles Larson was born in Portland, Oregon. He was an author, screenwriter and producer of television programs. He wrote episodes for The Virginian, Rawhide and became a producer for the television series The FBI. He is the creator of 'Nils-Frederik Blixen', a television producer and amateur sleuth.
