Pseudonym of David Carroll Henry. He was born in WaKeeney, Kansas. In 1903, he graduated as a Bachelor of Philosophy from the University of Colorado in Boulder. In 1915, he was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison, for stealing a car. He was released in April 1917. In 1920, he married May Alice Collins. They lived in Hollywood, California and later in Middletown, New York. |
