Allan Gerald Levine was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He currently lives in Winnipeg. He attended the Unitversity of Manitoba and the University of Toronto and obtained a PhD in Canadian history. He is the creator of 'Sam Klein', Visit also this site.
