Richard Nehrbass was born in Sacramento, California. He received Masters and Doctorate Degrees at University of Southern California. He has worked as an accountant for General Motors and has taught Management courses as a full professor at California State University for 30 years. He lives in Huntington Beach, California. He is the creator of 'Vic Eton', an LAPD detective.
