Neil Richards, who was born in Ireland, lives in the UK and Matthew Costello lives in the US. They have been writing together since the mid 1990s, creating content and working on projects fort the BBC, Disney Channel, Sony, ABC, Eidos, and Nintendo. The are the creators of:
1. 'Cherringham Mystery' series featuring Jack Brennan and Sarah Edwards, a former NYPD homicide detective and a web designer in Cherringham, Cotswolds, England.
2. 'Mydworth Mystery' series featuring Sir Harry Mortimer and his American wife Kat, amateur sleuths in 1920s and 1930s Mydworth, Sussex.
