 Harriet Steel lives in Ashtead, Surrey. She is married and has two grown-up daughters. She practised for many years as a solicitor before becoming a writer. She is the creator of 'Shanti de Silva', a Police Inspector in Ceylon in the 1930s and 1940s. Visit also this site. |
