Timothy Williams

Timothy Williams was born in Walthamstow, Essex (now London). He has lived in France, Italy and in Romania. He is the creator of:
1. ‘Piero Trotti’, a Commissario in the north of Italy.
2. ‘Anne Marie Lavaud’, a juge d’instruction in Guadeloupe in the French West Indies.
