Robert Andrews served as a Special Forces officer in Vietnam and held a succession of senior posititons at the CIA from 1975 until 1980. In 1980, he became national security advisor to Senator John Glenn. From 1982 until 1995, he directed Rockwell International's Washington congressional relations and strategic analysis. In 1995, he became Vice President for Program Coordination at McDonnell Douglas Company. In 1999, he turned to writing. He is the creator of 'Frank Kearney and José Phelps', homicide detectives in Washington, D.C. |
