Patricia MacEnulty was born in Jacksonville, Florida. She currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband. She writes book reviews and features for the Historical Novel Society and teaches magazine writing at Florida A&M University. She also writes in other genres and has written as Pat MacEnulty. She is the creator of the 'Delafield & Malloy Investigation' series featuring society columnist Louisa Delafield and servant Ellen Malloy, amateur sleuths in early 20th century New York.
