Caimh McDonnell was born in Limerick and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He is a novelist, TV writer, and stand-up comedian. He is the creator of:
1. 'Bunny McGarry', a Detective Sergeant in Dublin, Ireland.
2. 'Bunny McGarry Stateside' series featuring Bunny McGarry in the USA.
3. 'MCM Investigations' series featuring a private investigator firm based in Dublin, Ireland.
4. 'Paul Mulchrone', a private detective in Dublin, Ireland.
5. 'Stranger Times' series featuring employees of The Stranger Times, a weekly newspaper in Manchester dedicated to the weird and the wonderful (as 'C.K. McDonnell').
