Pseudonym of Charles Ross Graham. He was born in New Brunswick, Canada. He was raised in Nova Scotia where he attended Dalhousie University. He served in the Canadian Army before moving to Montreal where he spent most of his adult life. He is the creator of 'Russell Teed', a private investigator in Montreal.
